About us
Dynamically developing winery under Pálava-Hills. The main step towards the establishment of the winery took place in 2014, when we started cultivating our own vineyards and producing our first wines in a historic cellar from the 19th century. The winery is located on the same site as the guesthouse with restaurant that our family has been running since 1996.
Our philosophie
Our goal is to produce elegant, varietal wines that reflect the terroir of the Mikulovská wineregion. We approach the entire production process with great respect, both for our customers, our co-workers, and for nature and the region in which we live.
Vineyards
Our vineyards are located in the vineyard-sights Šusfeldy, Nad Sklepy, Mitrberk and U Kapličky, which are located in the villages Strachotín, Popice and Dolní Věstonice. We cultivate our wines in harmony with nature on 2 hectares of vineyard and buy a small amount of the grapes from vineyard owners who share a similar view of viticulture as we do.
